My stay at this hostel was truly delightful. The staff at this place were incredibly warm and whole-hearted, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The lush oasis surrounding the breakfast area, adorned with tropical trees, was such a pleasant surprise. And every time I walked past the reception, I couldn't help but feel a sense of calm as I observed the dragon-winged koi swimming in the hostel's pool. The spaciousness of the hostel was a refreshing change compared to other Mexican hostels, which are often cramped and small. Being just a few blocks from downtown made it extremely convenient, and the hostel's yard and rooftop added an extra touch of charm.
No negatives from this place. 🌟

The quality of the reception and helpfulness of all the hostel staff was amazing. They were very friendly, polite, and professional. the breakfast provided was very good and satisfying. I also enjoyed the fact that the hostel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. the bathroom floor was not mopped regularly, leading to an unpleasant smell at times.

The location was mind-blowing, close to all the coolest shops, bars, restaurants, and the main square. The staff were super kind and always willing to help out, even with my endless questions. The laundry service was jaw-dropping for just 25 pesos per kg, and everything came back looking brand new. The breakfast was a daily surprise with different variations of eggs, bread, and delicious fruit. The spacious room with a huge and comfy bed was a dream come true. The hostel had all the amenities I needed, including free wi-fi in public areas, an amazing outdoor dining area, a chill leisure/TV room, VIP check-in/-out. my stay was absolutely fantastic!

The value for money at Paulina Youth was excellent, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Zocalo and markets. The staff treated me with great friendliness and helpfulness.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by adding more variety to the menu.
